What's new

1.3.0 - 2026-10-16

For players

  • Every page now fills the screen: a gold title, a wallet card with your balance at the top right, the tabs on the left and a details column on the right. Press Escape or Close as before.
  • The shop shows its items as tiles with the price and what the shop pays. Click a tile and the details column shows the stock, how many you carry, a quantity field with presets such as 1, 10, a full stack and the most you can afford, and the Buy and Sell buttons. A search field finds items in the category. The directory shows every shop as a card.
  • The auction house shows listings as tiles with the quantity, the price, the time left and the seller, and a chip for your own listings (Mine), an auction you lead (Top), the best price of an item (Best) and a listing under an hour old (New). Click a tile to buy, bid, buy out, sell to a buyer or take it down from the details column. Sorting and the category filter are dropdowns above the tiles, and the gold New listing button at the bottom opens Sell, where your inventory shows as tiles and the details column lists or auctions a stack.
  • Every tile view has a List button for the old rows, and the rows keep their buttons.
  • Every page has a Wallet button in its footer that goes back to the hub, and a notice bar under the header that shows the reply to every click, since the page now covers the chat.
  • The Trade card on the wallet opens the trade page even when no trade runs, and that page lists everyone online as a card you click to ask them.
  • The wallet is a hub: tiles for your balance and rank, your net worth and what came in and went out today, a card for every page you may open, and your newest moves as a feed with In and Out chips.

For admins

  • The built in slots symbols are named after the items the reels show: berries, mango, lantern, fern, diamond and gold, instead of cherry, lemon, bell, clover, gem and seven. A Coinage.json written by an earlier version keeps its own casino.slots block, so rename the ids and labels there or delete the block to take the new names.
  • Nothing else to configure. The pages are drawn from the same settings and sentences as before, and every new sentence is in messages.json, see Upgrading for the ids.
  • /coinage status ends with a line naming every running plugin built on the Coinage API with its version, such as API used by Dominion 0.7.1, ChronicleStats 1.5.0.
  • A move made through a web API key, such as a RestAPI key, names the key. /coinage find shows API key shopbot through RestAPI, the history rows show API key shopbot, and the daily reports count the move under the key's name instead of under RestAPI.

Upgrading

  • Swap the jar. No setting changed. Every page that extends CoinagePage draws in the new shell as it is. messages.json gains 125 ids at the next start and none was removed or reworded. They are 59 under market., 35 under shop., 24 under ui. for the shell, three under trade. for the trade page's player cards (trade.askNote, trade.nobodyElse, trade.sectionAsk), two under integration. for the status line (integration.apiUsers, integration.apiUnused), common.apiKey and command.txByKey. A customised file keeps its wording and gets the new ids appended. API version 5 adds Initiator.Type.API_KEY, Initiator.apiKey(name), isApiKey() and Query.initiator(name). Plugins built against API version 4 keep working, every existing initiator type and the seven part Query constructor are unchanged.
  • Going back to 1.2.0 after a key moved money works, but 1.2.0 counts those journal lines as broken and leaves them out of /coinage find and searches.

Other changes

  • Coinage_Page.ui is the full screen shell, Coinage_Common.ui the shared styles, and the new documents are Coinage_Card.ui, Coinage_Cards.ui, Coinage_Toolbar.ui, Coinage_StatTile.ui, Coinage_LinkCard.ui, Coinage_DetailHead.ui, Coinage_DetailStat.ui, Coinage_DetailField.ui, Coinage_DetailButton.ui, Coinage_FeedRow.ui and Coinage_SideHead.ui. Body gained cards, card, statTile, linkCard, toolbar, detailHead, detailStat, detailField, detailButton, feed and sideHead, CoinagePage the hooks tagline, crumb, context, sidebar, details, primaryButton and the view action.
  • Nothing is coloured from Java. Every chip and the selected frame are hidden elements the server shows, so a document never depends on a runtime colour value.
  • A patch now redraws the tabs, the sidebar block and the details column with the body, so counts and the selection follow every click.
  • None of this has been drawn by a client yet. The list in docs/DEVELOPMENT.md names what a session must confirm.
  • The stop path no longer loads the PlaceholderAPI expansion class for the first time when integrations.placeholders is never. The plugin manager holds its write lock during shutdown, and a class loaded then can wait on the bridge class loader.
  • A currency added by /coinage reload or /coinage config while TrackerAPI is linked gets its coinage:earned:<currency> and coinage:spent:<currency> leaderboards at once instead of at the next restart.
  • Coinage reads a journal line with an initiator type it does not know as a plugin instead of failing on it.
