Added a complete custom role system for towns:

• Create fully customizable roles
• Manage role priorities
• Assign and edit permissions

💰 Improvement: Configurable Currency Symbol

The currency symbol can now be changed directly in the language file.

No need to edit the code to switch from $ to €, ¥, or any other symbol.

🌍 Improvement: Automatic Language File Updates

• No more need to delete the language file to receive new keys.
• New keys are automatically added.
• Server owner modifications are preserved.

🛠 Fixes

• Fixed a small text issue in commands:
