ChaseMe transforms the behavior of hostile creatures, making them FAR more persistent hunters.

Unlike the standard game where enemies give up after a short chase, creatures in ChaseMe will hunt you down over VAST distances.

As my first mod, this project marks the beginning of my specialization in modifying and improving NPC behaviors in Hytale. 🎯

━⚔️ KEY FEATURES

🎯 Relentless Pursuit : I have removed the standard limits on how far an enemy will chase you. Instead of giving up after a short distance (vanilla: ~30-60 blocks), enemies will now track you for THOUSANDS of blocks if you remain in their sights!

⚠️ Important Note : Other parameters remain unchanged, meaning you can still escape if you manage to create enough distance and maintain it.

💀 Enhanced Danger : Exploring the world is now MUCH riskier. Running away is no longer a guaranteed escape—you have to truly outrun, outsmart, or defeat your pursuers.

━ 🔧 COMPATIBILITY & TECHNICAL INFO

✅ Clean Installation : This mod uses Java memory injection via reflection. It does NOT replace any JSON files, ensuring maximum compatibility with your existing file structure and other mods. No conflicts!

🌍 Works with Existing Worlds : You can install this mod on existing worlds! The changes apply to all NPCs that spawn after the mod is loaded, so no need to create a new world. Just drop it in and play! 🚀

🐺 Custom Creatures : This mod is designed and tested for standard Hytale creatures. While technically compatible with other mods that add new creatures (the mod automatically applies to ALL NPCs that use the leash system), this functionality is currently untested with modded creatures.
