    + Added Safe Zone flag for regions, this prevents players from receiving damage within those regions
    * Block Interaction flag, does now also block picking up items, this uses the players position, not the items position.
    + Added new Farewell and Greeting Flags for Regions
    They show a banner when you leave or enter a region
