Description
💀 Bones Plus
Bones Plus is a targeted overhaul for Hytale’s Bones Set, introducing new blocks and variations to your world. It makes decorative bones survival-friendly while adding smart connection logic to make building skeletal structures more intuitive and realistic.
📊 Project Statistics (v0.1.4)
25 Total Assets: Newly added or Refactored.
- ✨ 11 Custom Assets: Original blocks and items engineered from scratch to provide unique structural building options.
- 🔧 14 Enhanced Assets: Existing pieces fully refactored with realistic physics, custom support rules, and survival-ready loot tables.
- ♻️ Salvage Support: Every asset is fully compatible with the Salvager's Workbench to ensure a balanced resource recovery loop.
- ⚒️ Custom & Balanced Recipes: New and adjusted recipes distributed across the Furniture Workbench and Builder’s Workbench to provide full survival accessibility for every piece.
✨ Key Features
- 🦴 New Blocks: Custom skeletal bone blocks designed to support your most creative builds.
- 🍖 Survival Ready: All decorative bone blocks can now be obtained by breaking them in the world.
- ⚒️ New Crafting: All bone blocks are now craftable using the Builder's Workbench.
- 🧩 Smart Connections: Bones now connect where it makes sense. Using "Branch" and "Pipe" logic, pieces like Long Ribs and L-Shape Ribs snap together at their sockets rather than sticking to smooth surfaces.
- 🏗️ Forgiving Builds: While blocks require support to stay upright, the mod allows for some "floating" stability. This prevents your entire sculpture from collapsing if you accidentally misplace a block or want to swap a variation.
🛠️ How to obtain?
- Collection: Breaking any bone block in the world will now drop the item as expected.
- The Crafting Loop: Use the Builder's Workbench to swap your blocks:
- Bone Full Block ➔ Turn into any bone variation (Spine, Ribs, etc.).
- Variation Blocks ➔ Turn them back into a Bone Full Block to recraft them.
