Generally this will not work with mods that extend or modify standard backpack behavior, since this mod overwrites the vanilla interaction used when adjusting a backpack in order to implement a custom interaction.
Because of this, mods such as Extended-Backpacks may conflict if they use standard interactions and behaviors. This has not been explicitly tested.
Mods that adjust item stack sizes should be compatible with this, although this has not been explicitly tested.
