BetterMorphing+ is a gameplay-first Hytale server mod that reimagines the morph potion system. It introduces new transformative forms, carefully tuned balance changes, and unique behaviours that make morphing feel powerful, immersive, and fair in survival gameplay.

Every morph now feels powerful yet fair in survival gameplay. Fly, swim, or charge into battle — but know that every form has its price.

✨ Core Philosophy

No bloat – Most morphs are reworks of vanilla Hytale potions, not unnecessary additions.
Two brand‑new potions – Hawk and Trork Brawler, designed from the ground up.
Risk‑reward balance – Reduced outgoing damage, increased incoming damage, and flight interruption on hit.

🧪 Reworked Base Potions

These exist in vanilla Hytale, but BetterMorphing+ changes how they behave:

Morph	Changes
Pigeon	True flight + fall damage immunity while morphed.
Frog	Enhanced underwater breathing and mobility.
Dog	Significant movement speed bonus.
Mouse	Significant movement speed bonus (smaller hitbox, faster).

All reworked morphs also inherit the global balance pass (see below).

🦅 Hawk Potion

A predator of the upper winds.

Pigeon‑style true flight (same flight mechanics)
Limited duration – a burst of aerial dominance, not a permanent wingsuit.
Pairs perfectly with the Hawk Grimoire (see below).

💪 Trork Brawler Potion

A ground‑based powerhouse.

High durability and melee knockback.
No flight — pure frontal aggression.
Designed for close‑quarters survival brawls.

⚖️ Global Balance Pass (Applies to All Morphs)
