BetterCharcoal

This is a very simple mod that increases the burn time of charcoal and Logs.

Logs from 9 -> 25
Charcoal from 6 -> 30

One piece of charcoal in a Tier 2 furnace can smelt 2 adamantite now. It's not quite minecrafts 8:1, but I thought that would be too much.

If you find a log that doesn't burn as long as, say Oak, let me know. Most all log trunk burn times are inherited from Oak, so that is what I changed.
