Better Repair Kits [HyRise]

Better Repair Kits is a simple tweak that changes Repair Kits to add durability to a tool or piece of equipment, rather than remove it. So instead of having 5 pickaxes and repairing each one of them until the durability is unusable, you can just use one pickaxe and repair it over and over.

This is a standalone version of the HyRise mod, that adds just the better repair kits that don't slowly degrade your tools over time. There will probably be balancing updates for this mod in the future as I play around with how this effects better tools like Mythril and Onyxium.
