Better Mining

Updated for Hytale server 0.7.x.

Breaking change
Pickaxes now need a core to use their abilities. To keep the old behavior, set `RequireCore` to `false`.

New
- Explosive and Excavation cores, with one slot per pickaxe
- Area mining from 2x2 to 5x5, based on pickaxe level
- Pickaxes from other mods are detected automatically
- HUD animations when the ability is ready and when it is active
- Charge and installed cores are saved in the pickaxe
- The ability is always charged in creative mode

Changed
- The ability now uses the ability key (Q by default), so it no longer conflicts with F
- Ores now charge the ability, instead of random explosions
- Extra blocks now use durability

Fixed
- Explosions no longer break bedrock, chests, furniture, or the block holding up a chest
- Explosions no longer harvest ores above your pickaxe's level
- The HUD now hides when you open a chest, or put the pickaxe away
- The HUD no longer removes other mods' HUDs
- Fixed a thread leak when pressing the ability key
