Better Loot

All mobs now have a chance to drop tiered loot bags.

New Mob added - Loot Goblin. Has a rare chance to spawn in caves (currently only in Zone 1). When the player gets close, he will throw trash and coins at the player. Upon killing the loot goblin, a chest will spawn where he died. This is the first implementation of the mob, so expect more changes!

Many different bugs have been fixed that caused weird issues for players.

Fixed the cloth armor sets (they weren't usable in Update 5 of Hytale)
