Auto Announcer

Rotating server announcements on a timer, read from a plain text file. Server-side only.

Features

• Broadcasts one line from messages.txt every N seconds (default 5 minutes), in order or at random.
• Skips the broadcast when fewer than minPlayers are online, so an empty server stays quiet.
• /announcer reloads messages.txt without a restart and reports how many messages rotate.
• Prefix and colour are configurable.

Settings

announcer.properties in the mod's data directory (created on first start): intervalSeconds (300), prefix ([Server]), randomOrder (false), minPlayers (1), color. messages.txt sits next to it: one announcement per line; lines starting with # are ignored.

Install

Drop the jar into the server's mods/ folder and restart.

Built for Hytale 0.7.x; also compiles against the 0.8 pre-release. Licence: MIT.
