  - /announce banner <title> [| subtitle] [--major] [--world <world>] [--player <player>] [--duration <s>] [--fade <s>] [--fadein <s>] [--fadeout <s>]
    [--zone <zone>]

  Notes:

  - Title/subtitle support inline colors like {#55FF55}.
  - If no --world or --player, it broadcasts to all players (universe).
  - Durations are optional
