Updated many Icons to use the asset editor's generation method.

Known Issues / TO DO:
- Solid Fuel Generator changes state when fuel is finished while the next fuel is being consumed.
- Cables sometimes won't connect machines when the machine is placed first.
- Machines need unique open sounds
- Equipment tab is missing
- Ancient Salt Ore spawn conditions need changing
