[Server] Repair Tool Fix

Fixes the repair kit use distance on any advanture mode server by overwriting the existing items with these.

Simply put the .zip file into your servers /mods/ folder.

It overrides the existing repair tool kits and sets the use distance to 5 for adventure mode.
