This mod adds 20 brand-new spells to Hogwarts Legacy, expanding your magical toolkit with a mix of offensive, defensive, utility, and enemy exclusive abilities. From channeling AoE spells and elemental attacks to teleportation, healing, and crowd control, each spell is carefully crafted to feel lore friendly and blend naturally with the game's combat and casting system for a seamless experience.

Spells can also be enhanced through talent upgrades, transforming their visuals, behavior, and overall power to better suit your combat style. If you are using multiple mods with talents, use the mod "TALENT UI FIX". For the talents to take effect, fast travel or save and load the game.

Spells are locked behind specific quests to maintain balance and immersion. You will unlock them naturally as you progress through the game. Alternatively, for those who want instant access, you can open the built-in widget by pressing "F6". There, you can unlock spells manually and view information about which quest unlocks each one.

Full Spell List:

Apparition:
Apparition is a form of magical transportation, in which the user traveled instantly from one location to another, without traversing the space in-between.

Apparition Maxima:
This form of magical teleportation allows the user to instantly relocate without precise aiming, unlike standard Apparition, moving them to where they are looking.

Aqua Eructo:
A powerful spell that traps an enemy inside a spinning sphere of water, dealing damage over time. When the spell ends, the sphere explodes, blasting nearby enemies with a wave of water.

Baubillious:
Baubillious is a charm that emits a flash of white sparks from the casters wand. Primarily a dueling spell, it delivers a concussive blast that damages and slightly knocks back opponents.

Confundo:
The Confundus Charm (Confundo) is a charm that confuses and misdirects the target.

Episkey:
A restorative charm that mends minor injuries, channeling magic to swiftly heal the casters wounds.

Expulso:
The Expulso Curse is a curse used to produce immense explosions, blasting the target apart with a burst of blue light; it has enough force to throw people into walls.

Fiendfyre:
A cursed inferno that engulfs everything in its path, surging forward as a monstrous blaze that reduces anything in its wake to ash before finally fading.

Glacius Tempest:
A powerful frost-based incantation that summons a raging ice storm, freezing all caught within.

Incendio Incantatem:
The Fire-Making Spell, also known as the Fire-Making Charm, is a charm that conjures a jet of flames that can be used to set things alight.

Inflating Charm
The Inflating Charm causes the target to swell in size like a balloon, lifting them slightly into the air and leaving them disoriented and vulnerable.

Levicorpus Maxima:
Violently launches the target high into the air, suspending them far above the ground before gravity takes effect.

Obliviate:
The Memory Charm, also known as the Forgetfulness Charm, is a charm that can be used to erase specific memories from an individuals mind.

Petrificus Totalus (Long Range Version):
Powerful enough to bind most enemies permanently, but more dangerous foes will only take some damage and then quickly break free from the effect.

Reducto:
The Reductor Curse is a curse that blasts solid objects to pieces.

Stupefy (Free Cast Version):
The Stunning Spell, also known as the Stupefying Charm, or Stunner for short, is a charm that stuns the target, rendering them unconscious.

Trip Jinx:
A mischievous jinx that targets the opponents legs, causing them to stumble or fall, leaving them vulnerable to follow up attacks.

Ventus:
Generates a powerful gust of wind at the target, lifting them into the air and pushing them back.

Verdimillious:
A spell that fires a vibrant burst of green energy, erupting on impact and slightly knocking the opponent off balance.

Voltavere:
A violent storm of arcane lightning that strikes all in its vicinity, unleashing crackling surges of energy that scorch the ground and leave enemies reeling.

Talent Perks (Mastery Versions)

Some spells can be enhanced via talents, unlocking Mastery versions that greatly increase their combat potential.

Episkey Mastery: Removes casting animation; healing becomes instant.
Expulso Mastery: Creates an AoE blast at the point of impact with increased damage.
Reducto Mastery: Applies high-damage DoT and breaks all shield types while flipping the target in the air for the duration.
Levicorpus Maxima Mastery: The launch effect becomes AoE.
Fiendfyre Mastery:Faster cast, no channeling, and Converts flames to blue, increases size by 25%.
Glacius Tempest Mastery: Faster cast, no channeling, and hits more frequently.
Voltavere Mastery: Enlarges the storm by 25% and replaces channeling with a quick cast.
Aqua Eructo Mastery: Faster cast and greatly increased hit frequency.
Incendio Incantatem Mastery: Changes the flames to blue and creates a ring of fire at the point of impact, dealing AoE damage.
Baubillious Mastery: Summons a lightning bolt on impact that deals AoE damage and knocks enemies back.
Trip Jinx Mastery: Causes the target to repeatedly trip and fall for a short duration.
Ventus Mastery: Increases damage, reduces cooldown, and launches enemies higher and farther.

Fiendfyre, Glacius Tempest, Voltavere, and Aqua Eructo are unlocked after defeating Dark Witch Khione and completing the quest The Lost Child.

Khione is an extremely powerful enemy who uses these four elemental spells in combat, alongside Unforgivable Curses and several base game spells, making her one of the most dangerous foes in the game. Players should come well prepared for a challenging battle. Those who succeed will be rewarded with all four spells.
