This mod contains a bracelet for female characters. It can be purchased at Gladrags in Hogsmeade (refreshing the stock might help to make it show up!). You can then find it in the hand-gear options.
Note because Ahri told me to mention it here: The scarab is an in-game mesh but I messed up the transformations in Blender so I had to hand-paint completely new maps for it's appearance. Now I can call it "hand-painted"!
