This mod was created through a mod tutorial for creating custom NPC outfits - but you can enjoy the outfit whether you tuned in or not!
This outfit IS compatible with other character outfit mods that may include Sebastian (for example my casual NPC's mod) You simply must install this mod AFTER any any other outfit mods that effect Sebastian. If you do, all other NPC outfits from the previous mod will show up, but Sebastian will be wearing this one. :)
