Mod changes look of NPC Sebastian Sallow - can be changed using ONLY by floo companion mod.
2026 UPDATE:
- To change outfits on Sebastian NPC you have to use floo companion mod (by BR3TON) - click on settings on npc character, pick outfit change, and switch the outfits.

- Sebastian Messy Hair
- new short sleeve outfit, made and recolored by me
