Mod changes Sebastian's appearance.

Version from my other mod Auror Outfit for Sebastian Sallow but with messy hairstyle.

contains:

• my Black Modern outfit + black recolored jacket from begining of game.
• Sebastian messy hair (made by me from edited original Seb hair)

my previous mod (with original hair): Sebastian Sallow auror outfit

Extracting hair mesh model from this mod is STEALING. I did not allow to re-use it for private or public.
