Night Curfew

Phineas Black had enough of you and instaured a curfew inside the castle. Now prefects will try to catch you between the curfew hour. Adds 8 new custom prefects to the game.

- Add 16 new prefects
- More patrol path
- Add UI for Curfew settings
Unfortunately due to how the game works if you already have NightCurfew activated when you update the mod, you might need to start on a new save to see the new prefects (or a save before the mod was activated).
- Fix issue where curfew status could show during cinematic
- Fix curfew status could show two times at load
