Replaces default wand with Hagrids umbrella.
PLEASE NOTE: Won't work if skip intro mod is used. Mod may not work on saves that have previously used a wand mod. Using a save that hasn't been modded should resolve this.
Shout out to RetroRaconteur for suggesting this mod on a stream a while back.
