Elder wand (Deathly Hallows Cast)

Replaces characters wand with the Elder wand and gives the player the elder wand cast and protego.

Note: As of now, the cast effect doesnt work with death eater dodge, the wand works fine however

Now has a toggle for the cast effect, turn it off and on by pressing the number 9
