How to get them:

New lace outfit's will appear straight in YOUR GEAR - OUTFITS category - with no need to buy them anymore :)

They will also appear in Gladrags in Hogsmeade.(after 3-4 days in game or using Dek VendorRefreshButton mod.) - buying them again wont change gear lists :)
