Makes the elemental magic stones visible even from far away. Most importantly: it looks great! Details are listed below.
Features
- increased draw distance of vfx
- acting as guiding lights to "Refugiums", perfect for playing with HUD OFF
- no need to look for them anymore as they're immediately/constantly visible
- multiple elements can be seen at once now
- optimized transition for particles saves performance if needed

Performance
- FPS no changes; that's awesome!
- assumption: persistence == stays in Memory -> memory costs but I implemented a threshold just in case
