Leviathan/Episode Ignis weather

In order to look more similar to the scenes depicted in the 2013 trailer Altissia.

Just a simple change of Weather/Climate in both the Main game Leviathan sequence and the Episode Ignis DLC, to make it look more like the 2013 trailer for the game.
