Gladio's Rugged Attire fix

It never made any sense to me why this attire doesn't have his chest scar since you basically obtain it after completing Episode Gladiolus DLC (after Gladio has obtained his chest scar). So I updated his model to fix this continuity issue. Now the Rugged Attire will have the chest scar.

The reason I made this mod it's because the other fixes are for Steam Workshop, so they don't overwrite the original attire, but add the scarred as a new one. This mod will replace the original Rugged Attire. So you can obtained as a reward for completing EP Gladiolus, but with the correct skin for continuity sake.
