SCOPE AND OWNERSHIP

I am Dnydd, formerly known as dklyntly. These terms apply to each mod and its
associated files that I release under this license, for Minecraft, Cyberpunk
2077, or any other game or platform. They cover my code, scripts, plugins,
assets, interfaces, documentation, and other included files.

This is a custom, source-available, All Rights Reserved license. It is not an
open-source license.

My mods remain my work. Public access to their files or source code does not
make them open source or give permission to publish copies. Any third-party
material identified as separately licensed remains under its own terms.

PLAYING AND CONFIGURATION

You may download, install, and play with my mods. You may keep personal backup
copies and edit configuration files for your own setup.

You may share configuration files you edited and original presets you made,
including through a modpack or collection. These files must not contain my
code, scripts, plugins, assets, or other mod files. Credit my mod and link to
its official download when sharing files made for it. Original presets and
configuration files may earn Nexus Mods Donation Points; paid distribution
and other third-party monetisation require my prior written permission.

Public and private modpacks and collections may include and redistribute
unmodified official releases of my mods, subject to the conditions below.
You do not need separate permission for that inclusion and redistribution. Credit me as
Dnydd (formerly known as dklyntly), link the official mod page, and include
this license and the original notices with the mod files.

This permission covers distributing my unmodified mod as part of the pack,
including a pack download that contains those files. It does not allow a
standalone mirror, a renamed copy presented as another mod, or a modified
release. Paid redistribution of my files requires my prior written permission.
Collections may also use supported tools to download from the official page.
Only configuration files may be edited under this permission, except for the
contribution process and separately approved changes described below.

PRIVATE CODE CHANGES

Configuration edits are allowed as stated above. Private changes to source
code, scripts, plugins, or assets for personal use require my prior written
permission, except for preparing a contribution directly for my review.
Keeping a modified copy private does not create another editing permission.

EARLIER LICENSES AND EXISTING PERMISSIONS

This revision does not revoke permissions already granted for copies released
under an earlier license or a separate written approval. Those copies remain
subject to the terms that accompanied them. If an earlier license allowed a
version to be included in public or private modpacks, that version may still
be included under its original conditions.

That permission does not automatically extend to later updates, additional
files, or versions released under these revised terms. Follow the license
supplied with each version and keep a record of any separate approval.

NO COPIED OR MODIFIED RELEASES

Except for the modpack inclusion and other uses expressly allowed above,
you need my prior written permission to copy my work into another mod, reuse
its code or assets, or publish or distribute any of my mod files.
This includes unchanged copies, modified versions, ports, standalone versions,
repackages, bundles, mirrors, and reuploads on any site, service, or platform.
Giving credit, renaming files, changing the mod's name, or offering it for free
does not grant permission. You may not claim my work as your own or sell it.

TRANSLATIONS, FIXES, AND OTHER APPROVED CHANGES

I may give prior written permission for translations, bug fixes, compatibility
patches, ports, or other changes. Ask before making or publishing these changes,
except for configuration edits and contributions submitted directly to me
under the permissions already stated here.

My permission applies only to the project, files, changes, and distribution
method I approve. Permission to make a change does not automatically include
permission to publish it or upload the full mod. Credit me as Dnydd (formerly
known as dklyntly), link the official mod page, and clearly label an approved
release as a translation or patch. Follow any conditions in my written approval.

Approval for one release does not grant permission for unrelated work, future
versions, or use in another mod. Ask again if your work exceeds that approval.

WHAT COUNTS AS WRITTEN APPROVAL

Written approval means an explicit message from me by email at
darklystudios@outlook.com, or from an account identified as mine on my official
mod page or repository. This can include a direct message or public reply
that clearly approves the requested use.

The message must identify the work and what I allow, including publication
when requested. Keep a copy. Silence, a reaction, a third-party statement, or
a message from an unverified account does not count as approval. Permission
to edit alone does not authorize distribution.

FIXES AND CONTRIBUTIONS

You may inspect the source and make changes solely to prepare a fix or other
contribution for me. Submit it through my repository or another channel I
provide. This exception allows a contribution for my review, not a separate
release, public patch download, or redistribution of my mod.

By intentionally submitting a fix or contribution for inclusion in my work,
you grant me a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free
license to use, copy, edit, combine, publish, distribute, and sublicense that
contribution as part of my mods and their associated files. I may include it
in current or future releases, including paid, monetized, donation-supported,
or otherwise commercial releases, without payment or further permission.
Contributors receive no automatic share of revenue, donations, or other
proceeds. This grant covers only rights they can lawfully grant and does not
remove any separate third-party restrictions.

You keep ownership of your original contribution. You must have the right to
grant these permissions and identify any third-party material or separate
terms when submitting it. A report, casual suggestion, or unrelated public
patch is not automatically a submitted code contribution. Submission does not
require me to accept, use, or maintain the change.

NO WARRANTY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I provide my mods and associated
files as is and as available, without express or implied warranties. This
includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and freedom from errors. I do not
promise that a mod will work with every game version or mod setup.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, I and the contributors are not
liable for claims, losses, costs, or damages arising from the mod, its use,
or an inability to use it. This includes lost data, damaged saves, lost
profits, and direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,
whether the claim arises in contract, tort, or another legal basis.

These exclusions do not limit liability or rights that applicable law does
not allow to be excluded or limited. Any mandatory consumer protections
remain in effect.

PLATFORM RIGHTS AND OTHER PERMISSIONS

These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law does not allow me to
limit, or rights already granted under a separate agreement. GitHub's terms
allow viewing and forking a public repository through its service; those
platform rights do not make my mod an open-source project or authorize a
separate mod release under this license.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved. Ask for prior written
permission for any other use. Do not assume that credit or silence is consent.
