NEW: TOPBAR
TopBar is a horizontal action bar docked at the top-center of the screen. It displays the current server time (HH:MM) and provides quick-access buttons for frequently used features:

Left side: Parfum (buff/item toggle), Mail, Auction House, Bank, Cash Shop, and Home teleport.

Right side: Pet summon/dismiss (auto-feeds and changes color based on summon status - S/O to Petstate addon), Transport Book, Guild (prioritizes addon frame if available), Social, Class Change (swaps skill based on instance detection), and Guild Castle.
The bar checks if you're inside an instance (via Zone ID list) to adjust certain behaviors, and all buttons use the Prestige skills if there are any.
Known Issues:
Saving Settings and stuff doesnt load when u log into another Char. Will be fixed soon! Just restart game otherwise.
