- refactor: removed CoA minimap buttons from minimap tab - there is an in-game settings page for that!
- feat: remade the scanning logic (again), but it actually works this time
- refactor: changed the legacy scanning logic to be a switch for a simple scan (hardcoded ones)

- style: tooltips in the settings tab arent ugly now
