Z-Variants Otter Additions (Crossplay)

-fixed missing materials on the Ferret and Spotted otter (the files didnt transfer to the mod properly)
-added Z-Otter to the mod from the main mod (remember if you dont want both spawning if you have both mods, you will have to block one of them)
-adjusted spawns slightly (please let me know if you see any issues!)
