Structure alteration, revamped settings, and a bunch of fixes!

- Fixed duplicated menus in SP.
- Fixed client/server versions not showing in the settings menu.
- Custom recipe foods should no longer lose their food/water/etc... effectiveness on pull.
- Added hotkey rebinding for hotbar swap/push presets.
- Reworked settings menu for a unified menu with searchable options.
- Engram point buffer now survives restarts and player death.
- Hotbar preset indicator is now rendered through buff hud elements instead of directly added to player hud.
- Helper buff now shows in "My Buffs" list.
- Fixed a bug where VwS' helper buff could eagerly initialize.
- Fixed a bug where some menus could only open once per session.
- Added structure rescaling, nudging, and rotating (accessed via variant gun).
New Config Options:
- `EnableStructureAltering=True`
- `StructureMaxSize=3.0`
- `StructureMinSize=0.1`
