- added oil rocks to the snow biome
- fixed mesh holes in the snow biome
- added metal and obsidia to the middle volcano
- changed the spawner for giga and carcha to have direct control over the spawn rate(should also fix any giga overspawn)
- changed some desert spawner to Ext. spawner for some more Armadoggos
