The Beast Within

- added the DLC checks to the Talisman Item
- removed The Beast's ability to level up, so that the notification doesn't show
- removed food consumption from The Beast
- increased the base Stamina amount from 225 to 350 on The Beast
- increased the stamina recovery rate to 0.8
- set the max weight on The Beast to be infinite
- set the player stats to all be infinite while in Beast Form
- adjusted the Ground Slam attack FX to appear along the correct plane of the ground
- increased the range of the Dive Bomb angle from 85 degrees, to 65 degrees, for easier manuevering of the attack
- fixed issue with player's legs showing in The Beast's shadow when in first person view
- increased the damage amount of the Scream Attack from 10% of max health on all targets, to 1.5% of max health on raid dinos and bosses, 6.5% on players, 8% on thralls, and 5% on dinos.
- set the max amount of damage per second with the Scream Attack from 65 to 300000 to accommodate boosted servers, larger dinos, and bosses.
