Added missing dinos/fish to north and east of map.

Updated/checked all player spawn/teleport locations.
Fixed black line on snow cliffs.
Deleted corrupted meshes on desert.
Added code to change texture size of clouds for better performance on console.
Reduced earthquake time to 20-40 seconds and cannot have two back to back weather patterns.
