Here another way to travel in Ark

You can use it on Local Session or server.

The TekBike is a flying vehicule for one. It use Element to move and can be craft level 80 into the tek replicator.

To start and stop the engine presse toggle fist (or o if nothing bind with it).

toggle fist is Q on US keyboard by default or A on Azerty

You Can also use radial menu to turn on or off the engine.

PS5/xbox You should be able to start and stop with the back right bottom button (the gyro need to be ride)

After start wait a little, you will see Dust. Press jump to takeoff. You can land by pressing jump near the ground.

you can use "crouch" and "prone" to go down or elevate the gyro

Press double Reaload to turn on Lights

A simple colorisation system is accesible on the radial menu. Pressing close will save the current color Selection. Cansel will reset your the color to the current color it has when opening the color widget. You can get the original color preset with the reset default button

It hasn't be made to replace dinos but just for travel.

Be carreful Speed increase the fall damage!!!

The tekbike will Fall when life is under 10% or when it got no more fuel.

Configure your server or solo session :

You can find the GameUserSettings.ini by default here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK Survival Ascended\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\Windows

I like to use fly speed 1200 and run fly multiplier 2.5 don't forget to stop ark before changing the value

Last update 10/09/2026 : New Color Option.

Known issues : In solo fuel and speed meter not working on the island. Falling above water don't detect water and still fall underwater. It will probably make it explode.
