Tek Warp

- ✅ Enable a way to cancel teleport. Jump? Move? etc.
- ✅ Prevent players from using item if in a boss arena.
- ✅ Maybe change consumption to only happen when teleporting and in the mean time set it as Allow removal from inv false on server.
- ✅ Prevent teleport if holding an artifactz
