The mod includes a smithy with a custom-themed TEK skin and access to the most essential Tek engrams. It unlocks at level 1 and costs 1 engram point, with the same cost as the vanilla smithy. Let me know in the mod which additional engrams you'd like me to add to the Tek Smithy.
