Adds a Tek Forge with increased crafting speed and resource output.

• Can be unlocked at level 95 and crafted in the Tek Replicator.
• Please note that due to the Forge using the word "Tek" in the item name, the engram won't show up until you reach level 95, this is due to how wildcard has setup tek engrams and without renaming the item to not include tek in the name this cannot be fixed.

• Increased crafting speed to 6x of an industrial forge.
• Supports scrap metal and will be ready for extinction when it releases.
• Crafts metal at a rate of 1.5x output.
• Has 600 slots.
• Requires a Tek Generator or uses Element for fuel.
