It introduces specific custom items—including a special potion, custom ammunition, and unique food—that instantly lower a wild creature's food stats or apply massive torpor, forcing them to eat and tame immediately.
Featured Items & Functions
- Taming Potion: The core item of the mod. When forced into an unconscious creature's inventory or used, it rapidly drains their food meter to zero. This triggers instant eating, allowing them to be tamed in seconds without losing taming effectiveness.
- Taming Arrow: A specialized arrow fired from a bow or crossbow. It deals substantial torpidity (stun damage) to quickly knock out wild dinos while simultaneously lowering their food stat upon impact.
- Taming Dart: An advanced variant designed for the Longneck Rifle. It delivers highly concentrated torpor to safely and rapidly bring down even the toughest high-level creatures.
- Taming Meat: A highly effective, custom-crafted food source that offers optimal taming affinity across various carnivorous creatures.
- Taming Meat Recipe Note: A craftable blueprint required to learn and prepare Taming Meat within your inventory or cooking structures.
