Changelog:

-Added Corruption Ward: Reduces damage from corrupted creatures by 25% per stack

-Item Traits can no longer be blueprints

-Added missing stuff to Filtered so it should now work.

-Made Radiation Shielding only require one of the trait. Rad stack INI removed.

-Made game actually read Aggressive multiplier from INI
