Neo Ark Ascended: Super Flyers

- Added Snow Owl remapped.
- Snow Owl now can carry a dino in its pawns.
- Snow Owl stats slightly increased (HP and Weight only).
- Snow Owl healing wave now scaling with Melee.
- Snow Owl now works just like an air conditioner, similar to Dimetrodon.
- Snow Owl inventory now works like a fridge, but can also preserve other items like Organic Polymer or Wyvern Milk.
- Mana's Jump and Dash rework applied. Now in Single Player or PvE Servers, Manas can jump unlimited, until its stamina drains out.
- Manas can now glide mid-air by holding Jump Button, but of coarse it will drain Stamina like crazy.
- Added Phoenix natural healing to itself and its rider.
- Rhyniognatha carry speed debuff now only happens in PvP Servers, now unaffected by Single Player and PvE Servers.
