Changed:
- Some more tinkering with console list scrolling
- A new design for the item / dino list in admin market editor (console scrolling should work fine right away)
Fixed:
- invalid currencies on offers being stuck / not auto changed to default on server restart or default currency change
Requires Live Testing / Possible Fix:
- radial wheel options on player sometimes not working until character respawn / travel / bed travel
