Simple Dino Heal

- multi platform reupload of rev 8, changelog:

- added two new .ini variables: "PercentageBasedHeal", and "PercentageMultiplier"...see Mod page description for info
- fixed healing not correctly applying on shoulder mounted pets
- fixed time multiplier not correctly working for percentage variant
- fixed dino aid not working alltogether when transfered via custom dino inventories
