Simple Buffs

- fixed a bug that would set the armor/durability to default value when applying an armor/durability modifier
- fixed "the carry weight stats for Uncommon, Rare and Legendary are read from the crafting skill boxes and will be set the same"
- moved custom save path from buff menu into ini option (more int how to use on dc)
- made the decon to dna data buttons show the result for selected tribute item
- removed weird tooltip from buffmenu textboxes
