Shiny! Dinos Ascended

- Official update for ARK Ascended with Unreal Engine 5.5
  - All features should function as before, please report any unexpected problems!
  - This includes fixes for Chibi XP and the Radioactive mutation pulse from the previous announcement - these issues have already been resolved!

- Spectral Poop has been re-designed to be an item you open in your inventory to retrieve the resources, instead of automatically converting
  - Increased the amount and variety of resources the Spectral Poop items yield

- Shiny Display Improvements
  - Fixed some dinos not showing their effects on the Shiny Display
    - Take out and return the Cryopod to refresh the display, if needed
  - Improved offset of various dinos to prevent them floating or sinking into the display in various poses
    - Note that some poses that depict the dino jumping or flying are of course meant to float

- Fixed Spectral not preventing fall damage on Gasbags
- Fixed Rock Drake Camouflage not hiding the Crystalline material
- Fixed Crystalline resulting in invisible wings on Moths and other flyers

- Known Issues with 5.5
  - Cryopods may not display dinos on the Shiny Display due to a last minute change in the game. Modded Cryopods may not be affected, depending on how they are made.
