Shiny! Dinos Ascended

- Taser!
  - Taser Shiny Dinos are electrically charged, with lightning arcing around them
  - Attacking them can give you a shock that stuns you briefly - take care!

- Pygmy & Colossal
  - Dinos come in all shapes in sizes - including smaller Pygmy dinos, and larger Colossal dinos
  - Pygmy are quite a bit smaller then the dinos you know, but still rideable, and faster on their feet
  - Colossal are larger, of course, and generally stronger (health & damage increased), but move slower and use a lot more stamina when moving
  - The increased metabolism of Colossal Dinos causes their "leavings" to be bigger then normal

- Changes & Fixes
  - Improved spawning of dual variants to ensure visual variants with specific color sets take priority
  - Added logging to the startup of Shiny to help identify issues with dino white/black lists
