Chat window (F8)

ESC now closes the chat window.
Fixed the input box losing keyboard focus after sending a message — typing no longer triggers game hotkeys or the hotbar mid-conversation.
Fixed closing the window sometimes leaving the cursor hidden/trapped and controls unresponsive until relog.

Events & assistant

Fixed tame events transmitting malformed data — the assistant now properly registers tames and can learn your dinos by name.
Dino or tribe names containing quote characters no longer break event delivery.
The assistant buff now applies to all survivors automatically within ~20 seconds of a server restart or login (previously only on a fresh respawn) — death, tame, and vitals events no longer require dying first to start working.
Vitals monitoring (oxygen/torpor) now runs correctly on dedicated servers.

Admin

Fixed admin commands executing twice (e.g. double item gives).
