Shadow Tickets

In-game ticket system for ARK: Survival Ascended. Players open, reply to, and close support tickets without leaving the game — admins handle them from Discord.

⚠️ REQUIRES the ShadowTickets Plugin

This mod does nothing on its own. It is the in-game UI half of a two-part system. The server must also run the ShadowTickets Plugin, which handles ticket storage, routing, notifications, and admin commands.

Install the mod and the plugin. One without the other will not work.

What it does

🎫 Open tickets from anywhere in the world via a radial menu
💬 Reply to tickets and read full chat history without leaving the game
📋 Choose from server-defined panels and guided question flows
🔔 Alert icon shows when an admin has replied
⌨️ 100% controller / console friendly
🛡️ All admin/team checks run server-side

Setup

Install Shadow Tickets (this mod) — add the Mod ID to your server's ActiveMods list.
Install the ShadowTickets Plugin on the server side.
Players press the configured key in-game to open the ticket UI.

Panels, questions, and admin routing are all configured through the plugin — no per-server mod edits required.

Cross-play

Designed to work with cross-play servers (Windows / Xbox / PS5). The PC-only test version is for QA — wait for the public release before adding to a live server.

The source code for this mod and the ShadowTickets Plugin is not for sale and not available for purchase under any circumstances. Please do not ask. Bug reports, feature requests, and feedback are always welcome.
