Scorched Earth Reborn: Additions

- Scorched Megaraptor has some new sounds courtesy of Mordekaiser
- Scorched Megaraptor melee now starts with claw attacks (like vanilla) and alternates between claw and bite attacks while ready to use its finisher
- Stegotetrabelodon saddle no longer requires Silica Pearls
- Added a preliminary 'Scorched Bison'. This does not have any visual changes yet, but have a temporary new colorset and are Neutral in temperament. This should make early game in the canyons a little less painful. These Bison will be updated in the future and are currently a placeholder.
